GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd has informed that the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 25, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:1. To consider and adopt the Audited Profit and Loss Account for the year ended December 31, 2007, the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors.2.
